Tomato on the Road: "Brown Bag" Lunch

Recurring event since 2006

Despite the hectic daily business there is a need for sharing information and an interest in new ideas. That's why we organize mini seminars at lunchtime for about 1,5 to 2 hours. Participants are non-competitive financial executives in various Swiss cities.

Next Brown Bag Lunch: December 7, 2011 in the Rapperswil region

Why a Brown Bag Lunch? Martin Schneider got this idea when he worked on a contract with the World Bank in Washington D.C. World Bank staff often discussed various issues – including private ones – during lunch hour. Each participant brought his own sandwich in the brown bag that's so familiar to Americans.

This is how it works:

Please report your interest and topics you'd like to explore to Andreas Carl.

We will arrange a Brown Bag Lunch by contacting potential participants we know from your region. To keep the character of the event on a private level, one of the participants will provide a meeting room for the entire group. The other day, we even had use the executive restaurant.

Issues will be defined by the participants approximately one week ahead.
