Our Approach

As a small company managed by Martin Schneider and supported by experienced, hands-on experts, we focus on few clients at any one time.

Return on investment for our 120+ very diverse projects since our inception is usually 12 months and often less.

Tomato's experts in finance, banking and IT act more as external employees than as consultants. We assist the client when their professional internal staff is missing or needs to gain expertise in unfamiliar territory.

We care for our clients' administration:

  • Before a project: Once we make an offer (most via e-mail and not more than 4 pages long), the client has the opportunity to adjust it to his needs. The offer is then sent with the title agreement. That's all.
  • During a project: While working on a project, the client gets a weekly status report on how the project is progressing. He has the option to request changes or to reduce the scale of the project, if it doesn't align with his desired outcome.
  • After a project: Shortly after a project we hold a debriefing and after 6 and/or 12 months we talk again about the achieved sustainability and profitability.
