While the Asian cities dominated the 2019 ranking, in 2020 new cities emerged on top.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Top 10 best cities: Valencia, Alicante, Lisbon, Panama City, Singapore, M\u00e1laga, Buenos Aires, Kuala Lumpur, Madrid, and Abu Dhabi.<\/li><li>Top 10 worst cities: Salmiya, Rome,&nbsp;Seoul,&nbsp;Milan,&nbsp;Nairobi,&nbsp;Paris, Johannesburg, Santiago, Dublin, and Hong Kong.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>German cities in the ranking<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>D\u00fcsseldorf (26<sup>th<\/sup>): high ranking in the work, economic situation, and career opportunities categories. Negative aspects: poor acclimatization and unfriendly residents.<\/li><li>Frankfurt&nbsp;am&nbsp;Main (29<sup>th<\/sup>): working life is praised, but the lack of living space is still a problem. Moreover, the respondents agree that it is difficult to make friends, especially those without a (good) knowledge of German.<\/li><li>Hamburg (33<sup>rd<\/sup>): offers the best working life in Germany.&nbsp;However, climate and weather are perceived as negative aspects. On the other hand, expats praise the quality of life, health, and the environment.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Stuttgart (49<sup>th<\/sup>): the second hardest acclimatization.
