The Power of YouTube – Do You Know Matt?

In 2006, Matt, a regular young guy, posted videos doing a not very good dance in various Asian cities. He didn’t show any promise for sure. However, thanks to YouTube, Stride.gum, a prominent chewing gum company in the U.S., discovered him and asked him to take another trip around the world to make a new video.

Matt’s video, 14 months in the making, 42 countries, and a cast of thousands, has been viewed by over 42 million people.

The video has not only made Matt popular, it has put Stride.gum in the spotlight. The exposure is unprecedented!
